Opening of Circl this September
The fully circular ABN AMRO pavilion will be opening its doors to the public next month. A week full of festivities will take place at Circl from the 5th till the 9th of September. This newly developed banking building was designed by Cie architects Pi de Bruijn and Hans Hammink who will be on-site during the opening to give tours around the building.
Every day of the opening week will have its own theme: Wednesday will be kids day and Saturday will be Family Day. Other days will be focused on commercial partners. You can find more information about all scheduled events, including an overview of all publicly accessible activities at the Circl website.
Several blogs and websited have already written up approving impressions of this building, so symbolic for the new circulair economy: Adformatie headlined with “How ABN AMRO enriches the Zuidas with its environmetally friendly clubhouse”. Yourlittleblackbook.me is enamoured with the garden on the roof that is accessible 24/7 and its rooftop bar. And BNR Radio program “Bouwmeesters” emphasizes the financial potential of circular building.
